INTRODUCTION:

This course is Highfield’s highest-level food safety qualification. It is designed for professionals responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety strategies and policies across complex or multi-site operations. This advanced-level course strengthens leadership capability and equips learners with the analytical, managerial, and technical skills required to protect public health and support business compliance across the global food supply chain.

By completing this course, learners will be able to:
